(Statement from the Artist)
My artistic journey has been enriched by diverse experiences living across both foreign and native lands, experiences that have broadened my understanding of limits, languages, and ways of seeing. Through my work, I aim to express emotions and concepts with a perspective that transcends borders and speaks to a shared human experience. Nature, inherent to us all, is at the core of my practice. I hope my art can serve as a bridge between cultures - especially the Australian, New Zealand, and Italian communities I am most closely connected with - highlighting the deep similarities in the indigenous traditions and intuitive wisdom that bind us together.
My works evolve from a loving dialogue I have with nature, from the stories passed down through generations, and from the spirits that still move among us. I’m drawn to capturing the quiet moments where people, place, and history meet — places that feel sacred in their simplicity. Through my paintings, I try to share that sense of belonging and the invisible ties that connect us all, whether through family, culture, or nature. It’s about honoring those connections and inviting others to find calm and meaning in the world around them.
